Registration for the 2024 PCST Season Opens Tomorrow, March 11

Welcome back, Platte Canyon Piranhas! We're happy to announce registration for the 2024 season will open tomorrow, Monday, March 11. Swimtopia has been updated with 2024 schedules, spring swim info, practice times, fees, etc. Please note the schedule has been condensed to eliminate the bye week and end one week earlier in July.

All registration and payment is done via Swimtopia. If on a desktop, the Register Now link is on the right. If on a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the home page to find the link. Log in in order for the registration to populate your saved information.

Registration Fees

2024 season rates are below and unchanged from 2023. Swimtopia Fees will apply.

One swimmer: $260

Two swimmers: $468

Three+ swimmers: $634

Late registration fees apply after May 20 ($50)

Volunteer Deposit Checks

A $350 volunteer deposit check made out to PCST will be required in order for registration to be considered complete and before a swimmer may sign up for a meet. The volunteer check amount increased to encourage more families to participate. The team does not want to cash your check, the team really wants your time! Checks may be collected at Spring Swims, at the April 17 registration event and no later than the Team Kickoff event on May 29. The total number of volunteer shifts will be determined as registration ends. At least one shift is required to be during a special event or post-season meet. Checks will be destroyed or returned at the end of the season upon volunteer requirement completion.

Spring Swim Sundays at LHS

We also look forward to seeing swimmers at Spring Swim Sundays starting Sunday, April 7, at Littleton High School from 4:00-5:00pm. This is open to everyone, whether registered or not. The following Sundays are scheduled: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, and 5/5. The Spring Swim fee is $10 per swimmer per session at the door (Cash or Venmo, only).

Spring Swim is a great way to get back into swim shape, say hello to fellow teammates and coaches and possibly just to gauge whether swim team is right for you. Feel free to pass this on to any potential new families.

For brand new swimmers, Spring Swims are used to assess minimum abilities. A coach will be available to be in the water with new 8 and under swimmers. By the conclusion of Spring Swims, swimmers 8 and under are required to swim 1 length (25m) without stopping or assistance and swimmers 9 and up are required to swim 2 lengths (50m) without stopping or assistance.
