Congratulations, Piranhas, on a successful meet against a very large opponent on a very hot day!  Thank you to all the volunteers and coaches who made sure we were able to complete the meet and get the Normandy Pool open for business just a little past noon.  There was a lot of behind the scenes work to make that happen and we appreciate it!  Now, on to the week and beyond.  As always, its a lot to take in and the information may be found on the website under About, News.  

Ironman:  Frankie will post an Ironman update report tomorrow at practice.  We have one more dual meet for anyone trying to attempt this feat.  

Bye Week:  There will be no practice Thursday or Friday, July 4 or 5, and no meet this Saturday, July 6, due to the holiday.  Our next and last dual meet will be away at Grant Ranch on Saturday, July 13.  

Mile Swim Day! : Fresh from our holiday break, Mile Swim Day will occur Monday, July 8.  A separate email from Sara Squires will follow with all the details you need to know about this annual tradition.  

13+ Coaches Outing:  Another PCST annual tradition, the 13 & Over Coaches Outing will also occur Monday, July 8, after all the Mile Swims have been completed.  An Evite to all 13 and over swimmer parents was sent by Frankie today through Swimtopia.  Please RSVP and hope to see you there!

Prelims and League:  Another reminder about the new end of season championship meets.  Prelims happen July 16, for all 8&U, 9-10 girls and 15-18 age groups at Grant Ranch.  Prelims happen Wednesday, July 17, for all 9-10 boys, 11-12 and 13-14 age groups at Normandy Pool.  The top 16 swimmers for each event based on prelim swims will be eligible to swim the race at the Saturday, July 20, League finals.  However, please note any one team cannot have more than four (4) swimmers in any one event.  Attached is a document describing the process.  

State Meet:  Congratulations, qualifiers!  The State Meet happens July 26-28 at Stapleton. We'll get more details out as the dates gets closer.  

Photos:  Don't forget to submit your swim team photos to Andrei Gisetti for our end of year video to be debuted at the end of season awards banquet on Tuesday, July 23.  

Papa Murphy Cards:  I believe we still have these available for our team fundraiser.  Please see any board member (but mostly Lisa and Alice) if you want these $10 coupon cards.
